The Story of this Armor

Spearhead

The front line

The fighting spirit down the centre line. Mineral-washed so no two jerseys carry the same weathering.

The Legend

The spearhead belonged to those who stood at the edge of the village when the horizon went dark. It was worn where the wearer could not see it — across the back, over the hip — because the mark was never for the one carrying it. It told everyone behind them where the line was held.

Every mark carried on this garment is drawn from the sacred tatau of the Ali'i Nui — struck by hand before it is ever printed on cloth. What was once worn in the skin is now worn into competition: the same protection, the same lineage, carried by a new generation of warriors.

Nothing here is decoration. The motif is a covenant — you are not buying a pattern, you are accepting stewardship of a story that refused to be erased.

Spearhead

  • Protection
  • Grit
Wear it for
Wear it when you are holding a position for other people. The point was never for the one carrying it — it tells your team where the edge is and that it will not move.
How it is placed
Set across the back and over the hip, out of the wearer's own sight, exactly as it was struck.
What it was struck for

ProtectionMarks struck as cover. The old people wore them where the body breaks first, and they are placed here for the same reason.

GritMarks earned slowly. Every stroke was a sitting endured; the pattern is a record of what the wearer kept showing up for.
